With every client, My Wellness Complete (MWC) starts with a detailed initial comprehensive assessment focused on your health history, current symptoms and lifestyle patterns.
Once the patient health profile has been established, MWC will utilize a holistic approach which focuses on nutritional education and lifestyle factors like sleep hygiene, stress management, movement, toxin reduction, and mindset. These factors add up over time.
At MWC, we recognize that each person's health journey is not always linear, and that's OK. We focus on helping you find the best approach to reach your goals, while also making that journey enjoyable and empowering along the way.
